Thank you for choosing handbags.bd! We are based in Chattogram and are committed to delivering your favorite handbags safely and swiftly right to your doorstep. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Delivery Rates and Coverage

We provide home delivery services across all 64 districts in Bangladesh. Since our hub is located in Chattogram, our delivery timeline and rates are as follows:

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders placed before 4:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday) are processed and handed over to our delivery partners on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on Fridays, or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an SMS notification or an email containing your unique Courier Tracking ID.

3. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide. You can pay the courier agent in cash upon receiving your handbag.

  • Prepayment: You can also choose to pay securely at checkout via bKash, Nagad, or credit/debit cards.

  • Important Note for Orders Outside CTG: For orders outside Chattogram, we may request an advance booking/shipping fee payment of ৳130 via bKash/Nagad to confirm the order. The remaining amount will be paid as COD.

4. Delivery Guidelines & Package Inspection

  • Check Before You Pay: For Cash on Delivery orders, we highly encourage you to inspect the exterior of the package before accepting it from the delivery rider.

  • Unboxing Video: To protect yourself against transit damage or missing items, please record a continuous unboxing video while opening the parcel. If there is any defect or mismatch, notify us within 24 hours with the video proof.

5. Delayed Shipments

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather conditions, political disruptions, or peak festive seasons (like Eid sales). We appreciate your patience during these times.
