  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location (Inside Dhaka vs. Outside Dhaka) and unavoidable circumstances (e.g., weather, political disruptions).

  • handbags.bd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

  • Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy regarding issues with your order:

  • Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect handbag, you must notify our customer service within 24 hours of delivery with video/photographic proof of the unboxing.

  • Conditions for Return: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
